Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) (Wales) Order 2006 No. 2237 (W. 199)

Summary:	Article 2 of this Order amends the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/3159) by adding equine infectious anaemia to the list of diseases to which section 32 of the Animal Health Act 1981 applies (under which the National Assembly for Wales may cause animals to be slaughtered). Article 3 amends the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996 (S.I. 1996/2628) by adding equine infectious anaemia to the list of specified diseases in relation to which the notification provisions in article 3 of that Order apply.
