Summary: These Regulations, which apply to Wales, amend the Non-Domestic Rating (Alterations of Lists and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2005. Made Under: Local Government Finance Act 1988 (C. 41) - sections 55(2) to (6) and (7A), 143(1) and (2) of , and paragraph 12 of Schedule 7A and paragraphs 1 and 8 of Schedule 11 after consultation with the Council on Tribunals as required by section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992
