Spreadable Fats (Marketing Standards) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 No. 1905 (W. 163) OPSI - Spreadable Fats (Marketing Standards) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations
Summary: 1. These Regulations amend the definition of the "the Commission Regulation" contained in the Spreadable Fats (Marketing Standards) (Wales) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1361), "the 2001 Regulations".
2. In amending that definition in the 2001 Regulations, these Regulations provide for the execution and enforcement of Commission Regulation (EC) No.445/2007 laying down certain detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2991/94 laying down standards for spreadable fats and of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1898/87 on the protection of designations used in the marketing of milk and milk products (OJ No. L106, 24.4.2007, p.24). Commission Regulation (EC) No. 445/2007 revoked and replaced without further amendment Commission Regulation (EC) No. 577/97 as amended.
