Private and Voluntary Health Care (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 No. 2332 (W. 190)

Summary:	These regulations are made under the Care Standards Act 2000 and amend the Private and Voluntary Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002. They amend the exceptions to registration as an independent hospital, independent clinic and independent medical agency by removing the words "or another person" in regulations 3(3)(h), 4(1)(b) and 4A.
