Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No.4) (Wales) Order 2008 No. 3161 (W. 272)

Summary:	This Order brings into force section 153 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 in relation to Wales. Section 153 of the Act inserts section 21B into the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, which requires that a demand for service charges must be accompanied by a summary of the rights and obligations of the tenant.
