Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) (No 3) Order 2007 No. 3226

Summary:	This Order appoints Dr William Skene Maxwell to be Her Majesty�s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru for a period of five years from 1st February 2008. The present appointment of Susan Lewis under the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) (No 2) Order 2007 ends on 31st January 2008.
Made Under:	Education Act 2005 (c. 18) - section 19(1); The Welsh Ministers have, in accordance with section 19(6) of the Education Act 2005(1), advised the Secretary of State for Wales on a recommendation to be made to Her Majesty as to the exercise of the power conferred by section 19(1) of that Act. The Secretary of State for Wales has made a recommendation to Her Majesty in accordance with that advice.
