Assembly Learning Grants and Loans (Higher Education) (Wales) (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2007 No. 3230 (W. 282)

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Assembly Learning Grants and Loans (Higher Education) (Wales) Regulations 2007. Amendments to the 2007 Regulations: The 2007 Regulations provide for support for students taking designated higher education courses in respect of an academic year beginning on or after 1 September 2007. These Regulations amend the 2007 Regulations in relation to the provision of support to students who are undertaking designated distance learning courses set out in the new regulations 61E (support for distance learning courses), 61F (amount of support) and 61H (disabled distance learning students' allowance). Regulations 4 to 16 amend the figures in regulations 61E, 61F and 61 H of the 2007 Regulations.
