Summary:

The Disability Discrimination Act 2005 extensively amends the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and makes certain other provisions.
Article 2 brings into force the 'blue badge provisions' of the Act, the extent of which is limited to England and Wales (section 20(8)), in relation to Wales only. The blue badge provisions are: section 9, Part 2 of Schedule 1, certain entries in Schedule 2 and section 19 so far as it relates to those provisions in those Schedules (section 20(10)).
