Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2002 No. 2060 (W. 209)

Summary:	This Order further amends the Animal Gatherings (Interim Measures) (Wales) Order 2002. This Order - (a) Restricts the categories of animals to which the principal Order applies so as to include only cattle (excluding bison and yak), deer, goats, sheep and swine. (b) Defines the terms "equipment" for the purposes of the principal Order and amends the references to "pens, hurdles and other equipment" accordingly. c) Reduces the 28 day restricted periods to 27 days.
