Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 No. 2128 (W. 198)

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/1536 (W. 153)) . Regulation 2(3) amends the principal Regulations to give effect to the extension of the European Union ban under Commission Decision 2005/760/EC (OJ L. No. 285, 28.10.2005, p.52, as amended by Commission Decision 2006/522/EC, OJ No. L 205, 27.7.2006, p.28) on the import of captive birds from third countries until 1 January 2007. Regulation 2 of these Regulations also makes minor adjustments and corrections to other provisions in the principal Regulations.
